Gary Grates

		Gary Grates Gary Grates is President and Global Managing Director of Edelman Change and Employee Engagement, the strategic organizational communications practice of Edelman. He has over 20 years of corporate, marketing/brand, labor, merger/acquisition and strategic communications experience with a particular expertise in change management/ employee (internal) communications. Prior to joining Edelman, Grates served as Senior Advisor - Strategic Communications Policy at General Motors Corporation (GM), after serving as the automaker's Vice President-Communications /North America from 2002-2004.
