Bernadette Wade Bernadette is the Vice President of Global Internal Communications at PepsiCo, located at PepsiCo's headquarters in Purchase, NY. With PepsiCo for 17 years, she currently leads a global team of communicators responsible for global messaging, channel development and measurement. In other words, she is responsible for developing and cascading the messages from the Chairman throughout the company. Her team manages the enterprise-wide intranet, online newsletters, and other senior management channels. Prior to this role, Bernadette was Director of HR Communications at PepsiCo, responsible for benefits, executive compensation and Total Rewards employee communications globally. There she led a team communicating employee health & wellness benefits, retirement benefits and Executive Compensation, tying it all together through Total Rewards. Before coming to PepsiCo, Bernadette was a marketing vice president at Citibank working with international corporate clients. Bernadette holds a BS in Social Work from the College of New Rochelle and an MBA from Iona College. She is a member of the Council of Communication Management. Outside of work, she is Board Chair of a private girls' school in Rye, NY. Bernadette is a native of Westchester County, NY and lives in Harrison with her husband and their two daughters. The family travels frequently and can be found on the beach or on the slopes. |
