The Summit will be held at Stanford University, in the Li Ka Shing Building.
We'll be staying at the Stanford Park Hotel, about a mile from Stanford's campus.
Edelman is covering the costs of hotel accommodations for all Summit attendees for Wednesday, June 20th and Thursday, June 21st.
For those who choose to extend their stay in Palo Alto and cover their own costs for an additional night, Edelman has secured a reduced rate of $139 for Friday June 22nd and Saturday June 23rd. Please contact Edelman's travel manager Terri Peterson to let her know if you would like to extend your stay.
Upon arrival at the San Francisco Airport or Mineta San Jose International Airport, Edelman will provide bus transport to the Stanford Park Hotel. Bus pick up times and locations will be provided closer to the event date.
Following the conclusion of the Summit at 1pm on Friday, June 22nd, Edelman will provide transportation to both airports, departing at 1:30 p.m.
